LuAP(Ce) Scintillation Crystal
Cerium doped lutetium aluminium perovskite (Ce:LuAP) is material of interest in the scintillator community. These materials are attractive because of their high density (up to 8.34 g/cm3 for LuAP) and short scintillation decay time.
Application
1 ) Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)
2 ) Positron emission computed tomography (PET)
3 ) Gamma camera
Features
1 ) Fast decay time
2 ) High energy resolution
3 ) High light output
