CsI(Tl) Array

CsI:Tl arrays are widely used in X-Ray security inspection systems. We design and develop the pixelated CsI:Tl crystal in reflection coating, the Titanium dioxide(TiO2) is used as the reflector between each single element, the configuration can be linear, 2D array or other special design, with high resolution and high sensitive properties to achieve excellent imaging quality.

Design/Specification

Linear array: 8, 16, 32, 64 pixels(customized upon request)

2D array: 6 × 10, 12 × 18, 24 × 36 pixels(customized upon request)

Single element size: customized upon request

Light output: 55,000 Photons/MeV

Afterglow: 0.8% after 100ms(normal); 0.2% after 100ms(low)

Pixel uniformity in arrays: <10%

Reflector material: TiO2
