Optical Grade MgO:LiNbO3 Wafer
Some applications of pure LN crystal are limited by its relatively low optical damage threshold. While when doped with 5 mol% magnesium oxide, MgO:LiNbO3 crystal shows 1-2 orders of magnitude increase in optical damage threshold, coercive field for domain reversal also deceases from 21KV/mm to 6KV/mm below, UV-absorption edge position to 310 nm and OH-infrared absorption peak to 3535cm-1 , which greatly develops the applications of LN crystal. We can provide MgO:LiNbO3 wafers, crystal blocks and bars with various specifications. Crystal defects and distributions of refractive index are strictly examined.
